What does an ADHD coach do?

An ADHD coach helps adults with ADHD develop practical tools and routines to manage executive function challenges like planning, focus, and follow-through. Coaching is collaborative and strength-based.

Do you work with clients online or in-person?

Both. I offer online ADHD coaching for clients across Australia, as well as in-person coaching for clients in Sydney.

Is ADHD coaching covered by Medicare or insurance?

ADHD coaching is not currently covered by Medicare or most private health funds in Australia, but some clients may access workplace or NDIS funding depending on eligibility.
