What others have to say about the ADHD Group Coaching with Caroline
Sarah, 45yo
Partner Law Firm, Santa's Main HelperÂ
"Before joining this group, I was dreading the holiday season. The pressure to please everyone, manage family dynamics, and somehow keep myself together felt impossible. I didnât think I could add one more thing to my plate, but Iâm so glad I took the chance on this coaching series.
Caroline created such a safe, supportive space where I could connect with others who truly âget it.â The tools I learnedâlike setting boundaries, structuring my time, and actually giving myself permission to restâhave been game-changers. Iâve always felt like I was barely surviving this time of year, but for the first time, I feel like Iâm thriving.
This series gave me more than just strategiesâit gave me confidence, clarity, and a community. Iâve even carried these lessons into other areas of my life. If youâre feeling overwhelmed, take the leap. Itâs worth every second."
James, 48yo

"Having family staying over the holidays always stressed me out, but this coaching series gave me the tools to handle it. Learning how to set boundaries without feeling guilty and plan my time realistically made a huge difference. I feel more in control and less overwhelmedâsomething I didnât think was possible. Highly recommend it.".
