Meet Caroline
ADHD & Executive Function Coach
Founder of The Addvocacy Project
Hi, I’m Caroline, an ADHD and Executive Function Coach based in Sydney, and someone who deeply understands what it feels like to be overwhelmed, stuck, and searching for answers that actually work.
My journey into ADHD coaching began in 2019, when my son was diagnosed with ADHD. Like many parents, I threw myself into understanding what ADHD really is. Not just the surface level definitions, but the lived reality. That learning led to my own (late) diagnosis and a deep personal shift that changed the direction of my life and my career.
While training at the ADD Coach Academy in New York, I found my calling: helping others navigate ADHD with compassion, clarity and evidence based knowledge.
I bring a unique blend of science, business, and lived experience to my work. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business (specialising in Human Resource Management) and over 13 years working in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the Central Nervous System and Mental Health space, I understand both the clinical side of ADHD and the human side. I use both to guide my strengths based coaching.
I currently reside in Sydney with my husband, two teenage boys and two Golden Retrievers.
