Please complete the onboarding questionnaire in as much detail as feels comfortable for you.
2. Review Coaching Agreement & Policies
Please review the coaching agreement and confirm your acknowledgement before we commence working together.
This includes:
- confidentiality
- cancellations & rescheduling
- communication boundaries
- coaching scope and expectations

3. Prepare for Your First Session
You do not need to arrive with a perfect plan.
However, it can be helpful to reflect on:
- what currently feels hardest
- where you feel stuck or overwhelmed
- what youâd like more of in your life or work
- what support has or hasnât worked previously
Our sessions are collaborative, practical, compassionate, and tailored to your individual goals and nervous system capacity.
